the answer is 6.9cm because 41mm in cm is 4.1cm, you only have to move 1number because 1mm is o.1?cm. and and after you get 4.1cm and then you subtract 16 by 4.1cm that's how you get 6.9cm!
I didn't really understand your blog it was very confusing, and especially the first sentence, because i just starts of with an answer and doesnt really explain that answer, and also check the spelling of premeter it is perimeter.
